Most cards come with a date: a birthday, a leaving, a new baby. A card on an ordinary Tuesday says something else: I thought of you.

Make it a group surprise

The most memorable surprises are the unexpected ones: a team that sends a card to a colleague for no reason at all. It costs a few minutes and gives them a day they will remember.
