Do the people who write need to pay or sign up?
No. They open your link, type a message, add photos and they are done.
When do I pay?
Only when you want more than the free plan. You can start free and upgrade later; the link and all messages stay the same.
Which payment methods work?
iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through Stripe.
How does the gift pot work?
You add a payment request link (Tikkie, bunq.me, PayPal.me or one from your bank) and a short text. Everybody who writes on the card sees it and can pay through that link. They can tick "I chipped in", and you see how many people did. The recipient never sees the pot. It is included with every card, the free card too.
Is it free to send an e-card?
Yes, you can start for free: up to 7 people, one photo each, the free designs and a small watermark. For more people, all designs or no watermark you pay once per card.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once per card, and only if you want more than the free plan. Nothing renews and nothing is charged later.
What does a group e-card cost?
It costs nothing for a small group. For a bigger group you pay once per card; the prices of every plan are listed above, with what each plan includes.
How long does the card stay online?
A free card stays online for 3 months. With a paid plan it stays online longer, and with the biggest plan forever; the plans above say how long.
What happens to our photos?
Location data is removed from photos. Only people with the link can see them, and the card is removed after the period of your plan.
