A card that arrives a day late is a sad card. With a scheduled e-card you prepare everything when you have time, and the card still lands on the morning of the birthday, the last working day or Christmas Eve. This is how scheduling works.
Can I schedule an e-card for a specific day?
Yes. When you make the card you choose the date and time of delivery. The card is sent at that moment, even if you are on holiday or in a meeting. Until then the recipient sees nothing.

How far ahead can I prepare a digital card?
As far as you like. Most people start one to two weeks before: enough time to invite people, send one reminder and check the preview, which the organiser gets the day before delivery.

What is the best time to deliver an e-card?
For a birthday early in the morning, so the card is the first nice thing of the day. For a farewell early in the afternoon of the last working day, when the person is still at work. For Christmas a day or two before, not on Christmas Day itself. See e-card: what it is and how to send one.

Can I deliver the card earlier or send it again?
Yes. As organiser you can deliver the card straight away if everybody has written already, and you can send it to the recipient again if it went astray. If the recipient has not opened it, the site reminds them after a few hours and a few days.
What if people are late writing?
Set the deadline two or three days before delivery and send one reminder to those who have not written yet, as these tips for a group card explain. People who write after the delivery can no longer add to the card, so keep a margin.
